Humm Notepad Bug

Hey guys I was looking at some posts on shoutwire and came across this little thing. Its pretty weird to me, see if it works for you guys! Just follow the instructions below:

For those of you using Windows, do the following:

1.) Open an empty notepad file
2.) Type "Bush hid the facts" (without the quotes)
3.) Save it as whatever you want.
4.) Close it, and re-open it.

Is it a cover up? Is it a government conspiracy? Or is it just a really weird bug?

Alittle weird I guess. Maybe the bigger conspiracy is when I came to post after doing it I kept getting a Page Can Not Be Displayed.

Does it with any combination of words having 4 characters, then 3, 3 again, and finally 5. 4,3,3,5. Try it. Odd Notepad glitch.
