Rumsfeld and Rice Visit Iraq......

The top American commander in Iraq expressed optimism that Iraq's selection of top government leaders marked a major step toward creating conditions that could allow a substantial number of U.S. troops to leave in the months ahead.

I dnt think this would materialise as easy as it is said. I am sure the soldiers will be dragged in for a longer time. Personally it is just an emotional teaser so to give solace to the soldiers.......

You might want to edit the "Iran" and replace it with Iraq.
