China is also widening roads to accommodate heavy armor.

I think they are just getting ready to defend thier border if the USA attacks NK.
I dont think china would enter any conflict unless as allies of the USA, they wouldnt want to start a massive regional conflict.

So far..the reports don't seem to indicate that China is doing this as aid to NK... Pravda's reports seem dated, and even they aren't confirming the story, about the troop movements into Afghanistan....
