Its the Denying Ignroance Steering Committe. Its a forum for the DISC members to plan ways to help better ats.

DISC members are chosen by invite only.

I like to think of it as the unelected Senate of ATS.
cmdrkeenkid links above explains it all.

I'm a member of DISC, do you have ideas or complaints U2U me and I can post it to DISC if I don't have the answer myself.

It's funny a site about secrets and conspiracies have secret society-esque forums, those cointel-pro agents (just kidding).

Well if you get enough points you can go to the exciting RATS board (no not really exciting...)
