Thor's Hammer and Green Latern's Ring

Okay I have actually two serious questions here for ats comic fans:
1. What if someone actually got their hands on both of these items, hell what if Thor got a Green Latern ring since he seems to be the only one who can carry the Hammer. Think of the power.

2. How well would Green Latern do against the Juggernaut?
