here is the link to the story. no fuel onboard of this craft it is been propelled by a laser which will be converted into energy for the engines. if i am correct.

Looks like a fun toy, but is it realistic as a real world tool?

Laser has no troubles with cloudes. thats why they are using it for communication between spacecraft and for example houston space control. but also for long range space communication.
