I was reading up on the north american mega flood that happened about 15,000 years ago when I suddenly had a duh moment. The north american indians arrived around the same time that flood happened. I'm wondering now, is it possible their mythology nothing more then orally remembering this mega flood?

Of course, this is way off the time scale for the biblical flood, I also haven't yet found any native american flood account's that read anything like what's depicted in the bible.
