I hate all female comedians. None of them are funny. Why do some women think they are funny - they are not. No matter how hard I try, I cant laugh at any of them or their jokes. Women are meant to be admired for their beauty - not for their sense of humor.

I guess that would preferable if the pretty ones are always laughing at you.

Woah...did I just walk into the 1950's?

I think you're just upset because a lot of comedienes jokes usually revolve around making fun of men a little bit. Come on, don't be mad, you can handle a little criticism can't you?

Personally I love the comedy stylings of Lisa Lampanelli (comedys queen of mean) and Margaret Cho. They are a couple of hillarious chicks IMO.

Thanks for your support American Mad Man. Im just waiting for a feminist reply, they are quiet - where are they? If someone can name me a funny female comedian, let me know. If there is any exception to the rule - maybe I would say Whoopi Goldberg, but thats one in 2 billion!

Ok wait a minute, so if a woman disagrees with you and simply says she likes a female comedian...that automatically makes her a feminist?

Great, now that I've responded to this, I bet I am going to be accused of being a feminist. Darn double standards!!!

Unfortunatly since on here you can't hear someones tone of voice or see their body language, it's hard to determine what their true reaction is. This thread made me giggle and my comments were merely satirical.

If you don't find female comedians funny, thats an opinion and everyone is entitled to their own opinion. So I don't really care about that.
However the part where us women are supposed to only be admired for our beauty, that made me roll on the floor with laughter.

What is funny or not is only subjective.

Someone can name you dozens of funny female comedians and you can say they are not funny just because it is about opinion.

I find Amy Poehler and Tina Fey's work on SNL very funny.

Well said

I am not familiar with Amy Poehler, but I personally find Tina Fey kinda dry. My favorite SNL female was Cheri Oteri.

I admire women for thier beauty as well.
Humor, makes a woman even MORE beautiful.

Some, whom I have admired:
Lucille Ball
Gilda Radner
Jane Curtain
Amy Poeller
There are a couple who are part of the Mad TV cast, that are very funny.
Rosanne Barr (domestic genious)
Mary Tyler Moore, a great comedic actress.

There are many more

I find Sarah Silverman to be completely hilarious. Has anyone seen her in The Aristocrats?

Sarah Silverman,

I haven't seen her in the movie. But I've seen her on a couple of interviews.
She has a great spontaneous sense of humor..

Sarah Silverman is awesome. Although she played a major
in the movie "School of Rock"

The chicks from Mad TV are awesome. I love Nicole Sullivan for the same reason I like Cheri Oteri. Both of those gals have some of the funniest facial expressions i have ever seen which totally adds to whatever skit they are performing. I also like Mo Collins, because she's from my home state.

Mo Collins, right!

I couldn't think of her name.
She has a killer range of characters.
And the woman who does the Oprah character, do you know her name
by chance Snowflake?

You hate women, period. You should change your User ID to Misogynist.

I agree with the thread starter.

Women are prohibited from being funny. It's just an inherent flaw that they all must deal with.

Women never have been funny, and never will be funny.
