Cash rich states

Found this article on MSN. Apparently the state legislators and governors have had the right idea. That is to spend less when times are tough rather than spend more like the Federal Government has been doing.

I wish we had these people in Washington. Theirs nothing like responsible government. Hopefully they will spend the money wisely.

Even the Feds posted a budget surplus last month.
