Cartoon - chucklesome or offensive?

Well I'm not going to rehash the hoo haa that is going on elsewhere on here but this morning I opened my newly deliverd footy mag and had a chuckle at this months cartoon. It is a regular series where an important scene from history is transposed into a football context. The fact that this one satirises an iconic image in American history thus led me to wonder what sort of reaction, if any, others may feel. Therefopre I want to condict a straw poll if I may of your own reaction, be it good bad or indifferent and where you are from. For the record I thought it was quite witty.

This in no way will be used to back up or dispute any position in regards to the current muslim question. It is entirely unrelated to that debate and purely out of my own curiosity, thank you;

I see nothing wrong with it.

I don't get it... That's a Soccer goal they are putting up. Not a fieldgoal.........

I think it's kinda stupid more than anything.
