The remarks by North Korea's vice foreign minister Choe Su-hon marked the first time the reclusive country has said it has processed the rods, which can provide plutonium to make fissile material and which were sealed under a 1994 agreement with the United States.

North Korea admits nuclear steps

Accoding to this article, however , they promise they wont sell their nuclear capabilities to anyone else. Suuuuuuuuuure.

Yeah yeah, we believe them.

In all seriousness, this is worrying. Whether they're going to sell the stuff on or not.

Okay, who's going to throw rocks when we stomp them into a mudhole and then walk them dry?
This is a clear danger to alot of people. They'd better be smoked, and soon, by somebody.

At the very least, someone needs to slap their wrists and take their new toys off them. How long will it be before they want to start sharing them with the other kids who can't afford them themselves?!

And we all know what happens when the dummy gets spat out of the pram, what's the first thing to get thrown? Their newest toy.

If North Korea has nuclear capability and any country would invade them, you can guarantee they would use them. Much like Saddam would have used his own WMD if he had them.

North Korea is like a dog with a broken leg. Its dangerous, to a degree, but needs serious help or it will die. The problem lies strictly with the head of government in North Korea and his method of running the country. There are only two ways to keep the situation from getting worse. The first option is through diplomacy and economic and food relief. Though the problem of the leadership of North Korea still exists. The second and likely better option is a coup d'etat by the military to overthrow the current governing bodies. I certainly do not suggest a full invasion to a country with nuclear capability.
