See whole thread?

Is there a way to see the entire thread on one page? Sometimes I like to print out a thread to read later. I like the printer friendly feature now in place, but all posts on one page would be great.

I asked the same question earlier on the thread introducing the new features. Apparently, the option to see the whole thread on one page isn't available to every thread, but as of this post there are two threads with this feature. Those are the threads on Serpo and the one for WilliamOneSac
