WATS Award Info

The other day I made a post that a few members really enjoyed and I recieved 2 separate votes for the WATS award. I seen you have so many votes a month. What is this all about and what is it for?

Really appreciated the members consideration, but what am I getting out of this?

It's the Way Above Top Secret award, given out monthly to the winner of the most WATS votes from the membership. Each member has three votes to cast each month. Additionally, the person with the most votes for the year gets a yearly WATS award.

Basically just a way for the membership to bestow honors on someone who's contributed the most to the site during the said time period.

If I remember correctly you also get a quite nominal amount of points along with a WATS vote. I think it used to be higher but was reduced due to point panhandling ( )
