I have had a few happenings with this but nothing really enough to make me think it actually happened.Has anyone experienced anything serious enough to make them think that they had been wounded in a dream then woke up with it?

I've woken up with scratches and bruises but normaly I either did not dream or I don't remember it

i've woken up with cramps or something when i was hurt in a dream, but i'm sure that was my mind playing around with the pain i had.
