Question about Ebens

I really wanted to know if anyone knew where these "EBENS" lived. Where they are in the universe? Like the planet name. Also I read the first part of the the project serpo on the anon website. Does anyone know also which planet these 12 people were sent to? Also what reasons do you think that 4 of these people decided to remain on the planet?

2 of the 4 died. Other decided to remain, but no reason has been given.
