finding people/numbers/info on the net?

hello all, this is a request for help pls!

i have notice that when i try and find either people/phone numbers or info on the net i get some results and when i go to view these results arrrgh i have to pay..(yeah i know nothing for nothing).

Is there any site that anyone knows of where i can get any info free?
i have also noticed the ones that do tend to offer free trial are based outside the UK and therefor the searches would not contain the info i need?

Is there a prog that i could d/load for (free hahah) that would enable to do this? what are the best info sites that you know of

Most large service providers in North America have a free directory service.
Try searching for your local phone company.

Canada411 also has a reverse directory to search for the number, they provide addresses, postal codes, etc.... And it's all free.

I know that in the USA and Canada you can get a lot more info on people thru the listed companies and directories but here in the u.k. nadda

I don't know the details of your problem but there are many ways to gather information on people.

If you know where the person is, go around on garbage day and take their bags. People throw away all kinds of information.......
WARNING: Some cities have laws that make it illegal to take someones garbage.

If you know their vehicle, the bottom left corner of the drivers side windshield has a "VIN #" that can be searched through the ministry of transport.

You can get a drivers abstract on any person. (in Canada) Check your local DMV.

All court apearances become public record and are searchable at the local court house.

All realestate purchaces are public record at the municipality that the purchase was made in. These can be a gold mine of information.

Just a few thoughts, but if I really want some information on someone, I can usually find it.

but as i said here in the uk there seems to be a lot less records available to the public or im not looking in the right places.

You can access some of the info but the companies want vast sums of money to do this.

but if you come up with any more info i would appreciate your time and effort mate

Most people are registered to vote? Tap in names, or adressess etc..

Helped me out before finding phone numbers and who lives with people etc.


You have to register for free to see more details and maps, but its not all free.
