World's tallest building opens a fault line?

This is a really odd story, which I saw in today's Guardian: www.guardian.co.uk...
Apparently the Taipei 101 Tower in Taiwan is so heavy that it might have reopened an ancient fault line. There's some doubt over the theory, but if it turns out to be true that will have a big effect on other mega-projects. And who the hell is going to insure it? Lol!
