volcanoes and mercury emissions

the one thing that never gets talked about is that volcanoes emit a ton of mercury and that we happen to have the highest mercury emitting volcano on the planet(yellowstone). I happen to know one of the guys that works on acid rain on the project in vermont. and we talked about volcanoes, and he had to admit that volcanoes combine with the right atmospheric condtions to create acid rain. the levels at yellowstone were so high that they talked about going in a reevaulating the u.s.'s mercury emission levels again because the volcano was procuding so much mercury, thanks linni
