Advice Please on Soundcard and Speakers

I would like to upgrade my PC audio to something with a little kick. I have no use for surround sound 5.1, I think a 2.1 setup would be just fine for me. Can someone suggest a good soundcard and speaker w/ subwoofer combo.

$ for $ they make a great combo.

I have an Audigy II soundcard with a Cambridge 2.1 speaker system and have been very pleased with the performance.

Cost for both ... about $100 US
