Back in the 60s, they created ELIZA, a program that would basically rephrase what you said in order to simulate a therapist. Some people actually fell for it, which at first seems mindboggling, but then think about what you know about therapists...

Back many many moons ago, when I got one of the first SoundBlaster Pro's, it came with a similar program called Dr. Sbaitso. The main difference was that it spoke the responses as well. You don't know how many different ways I found to make it cuss when my mom wasn't around
