Sept. 8 In Seattle, the public library printed 3,000 bookmarks to alert patrons that the FBI could, in the name of national security, seek permission from a secret federal court to inspect their reading and computer records - and prohibit librarians from revealing that a search had taken place.
IN SUBURBAN Boston, a state legislator was stunned to discover last spring that her bank had blocked a $300 wire transfer because she is married to a naturalized U.S. citizen named Nasir Khan.
And in Hillsboro, Ore., Police Chief Ron Louie has ordered his officers to refuse to assist any federal terrorism investigations that his department believes violate state law or constitutional rights.

Maybe if enough articles like this see print, the public will wake up?

.....an article that had a link posted here, that the "eco-terrorism" sections of the patriot act were used to burn some guys who were running meth labs somewhere....but it was used because of the toxic gases and pollutants which were produced.
So what's to stop them from calling you an 'eco-terrorist" if your car has an oil leak,or your house furnace needs a tune-up,or the gas pump handle falls out of your car at the gas station,or your dog poops on the sidewalk and you have to go home to get a bag to pick it up................or whatever....maybe you are just a broke dick person who lost his job and can't afford to get some of these things fixed, may be that the government should be served suit for "econo-terrorism",eh?,eh?,eh?.
The VICTORY act is the same way
