What's going on at Patricks Air Force Base?

Anyone hear anything about something up at Patrick AFB? I just heard the end of some local radio personality today talking about all of these eyewitness accounts of an accident? or something that happened at Patrick AFB.

All I heard him say was explosion, eyewitness accounts of greened light, I guess something happened right after the sunset and a bunch of people in Cocoa Beach saw it.

Does anyone know anything about this, I'm failing to find anything online yet.

I missed most of the radio news caster so I have no clue. He was just talking about the fact that military officials at Patrick wont discuss it.

One of it's least known operations (that I no of ) since late 70's ,
and still today , is the command center for all of the USAF military
satellites,that can be moved around in any orbit they wish (all types).
One of my best friends worked there for 4 years .(on the flight control
computers)Hardware,no software.He could never tell or discuss anything.
