I was just given a book called the day America died (put out bu sisyphus press). I have to ad mit that it has some pretty compelling stuff. Here is there web site www.wingtv.net I have to admit .that I am really not sure what to believe. On one hand you have people proving that a 757 did hit the pentagon, and on the other you have a life lone carrer pilot saying it was inpossable(because of the tehnology put into the planes). As well as all the other experts saying it did or didnt happin. If anyone can disprove this book please tell me. I would hate to think that our pres. would really hafe anything to do with any of this, just so that he could make more money. Here are a few more sites listed. www.johnkaminski.com physics911.org.nethttp...://thewebfairy.com Please help with any info you can give. I have a two year old son, and am now not sure if we should leave the country or what.

A better book to read would be "Charlie Wilsons War". Just between you and me, I'll tell you a little about 9/11.
In 1979 Russia invaded Afghanistan. During the 80's America set up a covert operation to help the Muj beat the Russians. It worked. Bravo!

After the war the Soviet Union collapsed. Rats jumped ship. Russian Scientists and Generals defected. The only thing they had to sell to start a new life was suitcase nukes. The same U.S. intel operation that orchestrated the war against Russia was in the area to acquire the suitcases on the black market. More than 40 were bought and stored at Fort Meade.
In the mid ninties one of the congressmen involved got into trouble. Rather than face justice he stole a few suitcases and blackmailed the U.S. He set a fire outside Los Alamos and stole the harddrives to by pass boobytraps in the weapons. then put the harddrives back behind a copy machine.
Big problem! An effort to bring him down started when Gary Condit set the wheels in motion. Condit got framed and sent packing.
9/11 and the Anthrax was merely a coup. Thats all the mystery there is.
No more, no less.
Afghanistan and Iraq are just red herrings. Profitable to the congressman because his friends are the military industrial complex. They need war to survive. So.....................................

Not to contradict any points in your last post, but one bit of history that is often misrepresented is the Russian "invasion" of Afghanistan---according to Zbigniew Brzezinski, who just loves to brag, the Mujahideen force was actually recruited and trained from all over the Islamic world by the US from the very beginning, before Russia even sent troops to Afghanistan!
in the late 70s, Afghanistan had a socialist-leaning governemnt that we didn't care for, that had isntirtued land reforms and was threatening to take the country's oil supply out of private hands and publicly control it. In response to this, we started to secretly recruit and train hard-line Islamist warriors to overthrow the government and hopefully drwa Russia in , since Russia had publicly sworn to back the Afghan government. When things got bad enough, the Russian troops were ASKED TO COME IN by the governemnt of Afghanistan since EVERY OTHER COUNTRY in the region had not promised to help, only Russia. As a matter of fact, when Russia finally left in defeat, the socialist-leaning government of Afghanistan still held onto power for two more years, until the Taliban took over by force.
Brzesinski has said that the US knowingly assembled the Mujahideen and trained them to randomly attack targets in Afghanistan---many of them civilian---in order to "increase the likelihood" that Russia would come to the aid of Afghanistan and get involved in a quagmire, which they surely did. So, the whole presence of Russian in Afghanistan is due to the CIA recruiting and training and arming the Mujahideen in the first place, at least according to most accepted history now. Other than that, very fascinating post, lots of information I had not heard before, especially in terms of the Condit connection. I look forward to doing some of my own research and finding out more.
