We need a petition website!!!

We need to cut out the middle men. How about a petition website where we can register and vote on topics of serious discussion. A place where where our voices can be heard and seen. This would be a more democratic service than the government we have in place now. 1 problem, I dont know how to do it. Any help with the site can U2U me, thanks.
