*edit* he mentioned the gas and oil pipeline quit a bit and said nothing about the people that are stranded. i don't understand it.

what the heck was with the 3 second pauses between each sentance? I was falling asleep, it was worse then listening to William shatner doing his impersination of James Kirk. Almost seemed he was under direct mind control by aleins or something. Was he waiting for an applause? Laughter? crying?
