Police are warning about a possible terror attack in the financial heart of London. Any attack in this area would bring about maximum chaos and
disruption. There is no further intelligence about when this may happen. What is being clearly said is that it is a matter of 'when' not if.

A terrorist attack on the City, London's financial district, is "a matter of when, rather than if", the area's police commissioner said today.
James Hart told the Financial Times that potential targets had been staked out several times since the September 11 2001 attacks on New York and
Washington. He said "hostile reconnaissance" had been disrupted, but no suspects had so far been arrested.
The City - a small area to the east of the capital - contains hundreds of banks, insurance companies and law firms, as well as the London Stock
Exchange and the Bank of England.

Are they trying to tell us something? I have read about increased security on school busses, Premiership games and now in the Financial district. It
pays to be prepared and at least they are letting us know ahead of time. Mind you, they also said a few years ago that London transport system was
going to be a target.
