The Mysterious Voynich Manuscript

antwrp.gsfc.nasa.gov...

Out of all the conspiracy/mystery stuff ive read this takes the taco. plus its real and well documented.
did an alien write it?
did god or the devil?[if u believe in them]
is it just scribbles that mean nothing?

click the links for the rest of the book. it also says a professor went crazy trying to decipher it.

freaking cool.

sorry if this is a repost or in the wrong forum.

Pretty neat stuff!

My own guess would be that it was a private notebook (what we Wiccans would call a "grimorie") of research and observations by someone who was an alchemist (based on what appears to be an astrological chart, with the hours divided into day and night). In addition to using made-up letters, it might be using some sort of shorthand (such as "m gng t th str" for "I'm going to the store".)

Definately human and not alien.

Ok.
Anything to do with sun leads to one thing, lloigor. They come from a star or a sun and thats where every sun worship comes from.
The languge used is a hybrid of Arabic and Egyptian. It seems to me that whoever written that piece was under influence. That is why no normal minded person could interpret it.
Its linked to Dr.Dee.

Ohh and don't trust the NASA and their pals. I hear NSA provided some "facts" and "aid" in the investiagtion. Sure sure.
If its out in the open and even NSA and all this other #e seems to take it serosly, in that case for all i know it might be what i said above or it might be complete opposite - some god damn tarabarian gibberish with no sence to confuse adults and keep the kids busy.

Hi SPyD or anyone else still living on this thread:

Actually, now we are finding out that the VMS (Voynich Manuscript) has a linguistic parallel with Cantonese Chinese (VMS-A) and Mandarin ((VMS-B) in the computer studies:

Which would link the early 15th century Northern (1430 AD) Italian hairdo's on all those pregnant bathers with Venice/Brescia and the generation after Marco Polo...perhaps some Chinese Herbalists (specialising in female fertility and pregnancy) came back to Italy and they dictated an herbal medicinal book to ease swollen ankles and morning sickness---or even to time a pregnancy with the best astrological results for a birth---- to Jesuit missionaries who had already devised the curly Voynich lettering system to cope with all those "foreign" chinese character sounds and characters..either way, those plants sure look non European to me !!

Hmmmmmmmm
