This is supposted to be an anti gravity flying device. It aims the center of gravity up to i higher point on the device.

Its very simple and runs on electricity.

Has anyone successfully made one?

I dont know. I cant find much more on him. These are the only diagrams i know of. I want more information . I wonder how fast the disc has to spin and what the weight to energy ratio is.

Yesterday I saw a special on UFO Hunters on the History Channel. A man that supposibly rode in the craft during flight said it flew. This experiment was done at night with only a few present. While a normal source said that their were first launch plans but they were post poned many times. It may be due to the reason that it flew and they didn't want to have information falling in the wrong hands and this craft being used in a negative way. The way it is explained to fly, to my knowledge of how the gravitational physics would work, give me reason to say that the craft may infact flew.
