Weather & HAARP / Magnetic poles?

I'm a weather hawk since I do a lot of things outdoors and have noticed some strange weather patterns this year. Living in Oregon we had a strange weather pattern during the winter in the sense that we had a Summer jet stream, clear skies and temps in the 70s'.

At the same time in California they had an extrodinary amount of rain this year during the winter and colder than normal tempratures.

Now that it's summer we have a winter jet stream, cloudy skies and temps in the upper 50's and low 60's.

Two thoughts here are one, the government is messing with the HAARP facility in Alaska which has caused a shift in the jet stream, which alters weather patterns over the northern hemisphere.

The other thought is that the magnetic poles are due for a shift, considering evidence points to them shifting every 25,000 years or so. If they are indeed starting to shift the current weather patterns could be a reflection of the instability of the magnetic poles.

Anyway, these are just some random thoughts rambling through my head.

Any thoughts about this from the forum?
