Translation(summary):
After several unsucsessful testflights with the JAS plane the swedish government will support development of the new unmanned superplane.
"Neuron" will be used both to civilian and military tasks. The pricetag will be 500 million Swedish crowns per plane.
A co-operation between Swedish SAAB and French Dassault will result in a prototype in 2009 if the swedish government approve.
Italy, France, Greece and Switzerland are also involved in the project.

This graphic looks very familliar. I can't help but feel that I've seen it before.

These types of UAVs is not really that new of a concept. Go look the X-45 or the X-47.
