BTS ATS?

Hello, I've been on ATS for a few months now, but today was the first day I've come to BTS, so I just thought I'd say hey.

As Above, Not So Below

I used to look down at BTS. After all, ATS is “above”, while BTS is “below”, right?

Lately, I find my biases changing.

For one thing, people seem to be generally nicer on BTS than ATS -- even the same people.

Heck, I'm an example. I can be so snippy in some of the ATS forums. I'm working on that, though relapses are common.

For another thing, the quality of thought and commentary seem comparable to me.

In fact, compared to some of the mud pits that have devolved on ATS, BTS is frankly looking like a better place to find informed opinions on more than a few topics.

If nothing else, it's nice to just chill out and relax now and then, after a hard day of flaming and trolling ATS.

At least, that's my opinion.

Once BTS came to exist, I basically moved over here, I stroll over to ATS every now and then, but to be honest BTS more my style, reminds me of some fun times I had at IGN boards, but minus k3wld00dz :p


imo, everyone needs to laugh more, too much horrific stuff happening in the world with or without us, need to step back, take a deep breath, and relax, and have a little bit 'o fun every now and then.

Yes, haha, I'm finding myself spending more time on BTS now than ATS. For some reason, it has a more appealing look too, it doesn't make my eyes hurt as much

BTS is more fun loving and not all serious and has to have all the facts
and stuff. etc.

I've decided that I like BTS more than ATS.

It's a happier, nicer place.

I prefer the lovely blue colour of BTS, and it is similar to a program I use at work. All the better to slack off with.

And of course, the smilies. Who doesn't love a good dancing banana?
