The ATS United Nations Security Council Story

For this story, I shall be doing satire of a UNSC meeting, subsituting nation names for ATS members. I need for who ever wants to be in it, to send me a u2u saying so. I'll choose which country you'll be, thanks very much It's going to be set during the Cold War just to make things interesting.
