Yes. But state cases don't get appealed to the federal appellate court. They get appealed to the state appellate court.

Which , as I stated. is still in Fulton County. But a large majority are sane Republicans.

That's what you said. This will not go to the 5th Circuit. It is outside the 5th Circuit's jurisdiction.
