It would seem that the guy who built it thinks it's still his house. I don't think it's very likely that you will get him to leave. When someone
puts their blood sweat and tears into something, it's hard to make them give it up. Sometimes when people pass, they aren't aware that they aren't
alive anymore, and it is probably very confusing to him. I personally would never buy a home someone still "lives" in, but most people don't take
the time to really "FEEL" a house before they decide to buy it. Normally ghosts don't really have the energy to slam and bang things around as
much as yours seems to be doing. I'm a little concerned about that.
I don't want to tell you that you should move. If you feel comfortable enough to stay, by all means do. But don't take it lightly. Sometimes it
passes, but if it doesn't... I don't know. I wouldn't want to stay, and I've had some very creepy things lurking in my homes.
