PJPII - Spark from Poland ??

This week the Catholic church is in the middle of the Divine Mercy novena.
This devotion was manifested to Sr. Faustina (now Saint Faustina) in
Poland back in the 1930's. She received many messages from Christ
regarding His Mercy and that He would come with mercy first, and
then He would come with justice. (second coming)

For a while, the messages to Sr. Faustina were banned within the
Catholic church. Then .... JPII became pope, and he opened up the
Divine Mercy messages and even pushed the canonization of
Sr. Faustina.

Here is one of the messages that Sr. Faustina wrote in her diary.
Many have concluded that 'the spark' is indeed JPII and that we
are living in the end times ....

In 1938 Faustina added a message from Jesus, writing in her diary
that "as I was praying for Poland, I heard the words: 'I bear a special
love for Poland, and if she will be obedient to My will, I will exalt her in
might and holiness. From her will come forth the spark that will prepare
the world for My final coming.'"

So ... if 'the spark' leaves .... does that mean the end is here?
Reading the Divine Mercy messages, that's what I get.

Messages to Faustina -

You have to speak to the world about His great mercy and prepare
the world for the Second Coming of Him who will come, not as a
merciful Savior, but as a just Judge. Oh how terrible is that day!
Determined is the day of justice, the day of divine wrath. The angels
tremble before it. Speak to souls about this great mercy while it is still
the time for granting mercy. (Diary 635).

You will prepare the world for My final coming. (Diary 429)

Speak to the world about My mercy ... It is a sign for the end times. After it
will come the Day of Justice. While there is still time, let them have
recourse to the fountain of My mercy. (Diary 848)

Tell souls about this great mercy of Mine, because the awful day, the day
of My justice, is near. (Diary 965).

I am prolonging the time of mercy for the sake of sinners. But woe to them
if they do not recognize this time of My visitation. (Diary 1160)

Thank you for posting this. I have also been very interested in the writings of St. Fausitna. It seems that she was particularly linked to John Paul II. I am currently doing some more research and will probably pick up her diary this weekend.
