At my daughters school kids wear masks if they want to, my daughter told me the teacher and the kids in her class are maskless, they don't want to wear one, i don't blame them. My daughter's bus drivr no longer wears a mask, she stopped wearing a mask in March. She could be vacccinated but i don't know nor do I care. She doesn't force my daughter to wear one and that's all that matters to me.

What state? I'm in Louisiana and our Governor made it mandatory to wear a mask. Mind you, I'm in a very small Conservative town, so small it's considered a village, and I've gotten message after message about how kids 5 and up MUST wear masks. My mom was at a store yesterday and overheard a lady explaining that the government gave Webster Parish $200K to teach CRT which makes my decision even easier. Once the parents around here catch wind of that, they'll pull their kids.

A fight on the first day of school and they are really really trying to make it like the amti-samksers are crazy. if you read the article it would seem that it is a parents just going nuts. But, if you watch the video you will hear why,

His child had to wear a mask but there were teachers who did not. So he confronted the principal and another teacher stepped in and it got physical. No mention that the teachers were no complying and to be honest I Would be pissed also.

It is as bad as the Progressive Left and their do as we say but we do not mentality.

I am sooooo glad my kids are homeschooled now...so glad.

**Update**

My wife and I attended the meeting on Saturday, August 21. One set of parents there said they were called to come pick up their 1st grader because she coughed and would have to be tested. The parents had their daughter tested, came up negative, and the school told them to keep their daughter home for 2 weeks anyways. Another set of parents said their Kindergarten son was at home because a kid had a suspected case of coronavirus and the entire class had to quarantine. Another couple said that Vernon Parish had National Guard troops escorting the children into class (are you effing kidding me?).

Anyways, I contacted the owner yesterday and she said she will have enough children to start her private school up. First day will be Sept. 7. Simply put, everything kids no longer learn today, they will learn here. We'll be paying $600 per month, but it's worth it to give my son a good education, something no longer available in most public schools.

Has there been any scientific proof that children wearing masks reduces the number of Covid-19 hospitalizations and deaths?

An Illinois judge has ruled that school children no longer must wear masks.

But Chicago and some other cities say they will continue forcing the kids to wear them.
