Your location, roughly? It can be a widebody jet coming into land, their headlamps are often extremely bright, and their trajectory makes them "hang"
on the horizon for up to 5 minutes. The light you mention is only just above the horizon line, which is where this plane headlight phenomena
occurs.
Yes, you're right, not really worth enhancing, sorry. Even then it wouldn't amount to more than one hot pixel by the look of it which would tell us
all exactly nothing
