OP was it the Angels? You'd know it if it were the Blue Angels, blue planes, yellow trim, giant yellow numbers on the vertical stabilizers?

I wish it was just an additive. That would be much cheaper. It is actually a parafin or mineral oil like corvus oil or the canopus oil hat the Thunderbirds and Blues use. It is extremely viscous and is a nightmare to try to clean. It can cost anywhere from 10 dollars a gallon in bulk to 85 dollars for a 5 gallon bucket. The primary makers are Shell and Chevron.
