I agree. There are many problems with millennial men. For example, my dad used to be beaten up by his father when he did something wrong or when he didn't fulfill my grandfather's expectations.

The handfuls of young people your husband hires that prove to being more productive and responsible workers than their older counterparts doesn't deter from the fact that most young people don't want to put in 16 hours daily shifts like my father did when he was young, nor do they want to do overtime hours, nor do they want to forego going on holidays to stick around and work, not even mentioning how most young people these days are entering their 30s and still living with roomates instead of becoming homeowners.

My father is 65 years old. Yes, they're doing something very right. They're breeding. They make babies. The birth rates in almost every Western Country are in the red. There's an increasingly bigger and bigger load of elderly people, and not only are they appearing more in more elderly people in the population census but these people are terribly aged(80+) putting a hella of a strain in the healthcare industry.

And of course, how is social security going to survive if there are no young people to pay for it? I moved to an European Country some 10 years ago, and I was laughing the other day because the national center for statistics claims that 70% of all first marriages(over here) end up in divorce after only 4 to 7 years of marriage. 80% of all 2nd marriages also fall into the same path after 4 to 7 years of marriage, and 90% of 3rd marriages don't know any better.

People aren't getting married, and the ones who get married get divorced faster than it takes to conclude high school lel. People aren't co-habitating. People aren't getting into romantic relationships, hell, never before have there been so many young, attractive women who are single, and these kiddos instead of going up and saying what's up - what do they do?

People used to die in their early 20s as often as not, not even that long ago - do you want to die in your 21th birthday? Tell him that some of us are the sons of men who served in the korean war, Vietnam, the grandsons of men who saw active duty in the frontline of World war II, great-grandsons of men who were up there in the Battle of Somme, and whose ancestral Countries still have mandatory military service because those nations know there's no better life than the military life
