MORE trouble for the Left's favorite creepy porn lawyer and ex-potential candidate, Michael Avenatti.

A former client of Michael Avenatti alleges the celebrity lawyer secretly pocketed his money after helping him secure a settlement, then tried to lend him back some of the funds with 10 percent interest. That client, Gregory Barela, made the allegations in a statement of claims filed with Judicial Arbitration and Mediation Services (JAMS), a private arbitration organization. Barela’s lawyer provided the claim, which is not public, to The Daily Beast.

“Avenatti was operating his law firm in a Ponzi scheme like manner, taking settlement proceeds received for clients to pay off debts, pay the other individual Defendants’ salaries and bonuses, and fund his lavish lifestyle, while telling clients that the settlement proceeds had not been received or would be received at a later date,” says the claim, which also targets two other lawyers at Avenatti’s firm.

Avenatti vehemently disputes the allegations.

www.thedailybeast.com...

Seems that it is alleged that when a 3rd. party paid an Avenatti client's settlement to Avenatti's firm,...Avenatti would tell his client that the settlement the client had won had not yet been paid...when, in fact, it had been paid.

Instead of handing the settlement over to his client, Avenatti would then, instead, extend loans against the settlement to the client @ 10% interest.

Shocker.
Creepy Porn Lawyer appears to be a very unscrupulous con artist...whom screws over his own clients.

Say it ain't so.

Lawyers are relatively well known to be liars... but this... it would make a lawyer ashamed.

...and the claim is published in The Daily Beast.

It would sem Mr. Avenatti's "cache" has worn off.

The only joy is seeing that buffoon lose mounds of cash in the process of destroying his own career.

Seems it's quite the opposite now a days. A welcomed change.

Fun fact:
This latest legal action was first threatened against Avenatti on Dec. 3, 2018.

The NEXT DAY (Dec. 4, 2018) Avenatti announced he would NOT be running for President.

Self-righteous asshole? Check.
Swindling thief? Check.
Talks about respecting women while secretly beating his wife? Check.
Absolutely no morals that anyone can see? Check.

The Dems have found the perfect candidate for 2020.

So where are all his Silly defenders?
It's like they may know they were idiots for supporting him so strongly, but are afraid to honestly admit they were wrong.

I suspect we won't be hearing from the ATS members who were calling him "Hottie Avenatti" last year.

BTW, did he invent that nickname himself? He's got a receeding hairline, perennially looks like he forgot to shave this morning, and basically could be cast as a Mob goon if they ever re-started The Sopranoes.

Lawyers are creepy and shady no matter what their political affiliations. (Until you need one, of course.)
