If I want to get a picture from another website to use as my picture under my name to the left, How do I do it? Is there anyway I can shrink the size of the photo?

I would consider reducing the image dimensions in Photoshop, myself.

How can I put a picture under my name, and how can I resize the picture while still having a URL to put in for it? Would it help if I sent a link to the pic I wanted?

I tried resizing in photoshop... but how can I get the picture into the Avotar spot without a URL to it?
