Ok, reported on ATSNN earlier that Queen decided not to go to the wedding is true, but there are reasons according to the Queen and her staff. Charles has requested a small ceremony, and quiet ceremony, he does not want it to be a public spectacle, and the Queen wants to respect his wishes. But is this the truth or an excuse not to attend the wedding?

Buckingham Palace has rejected accusations that Queen Elizabeth has snubbed her eldest son by deciding not to attend his wedding in April.

Royal aides say the decision is intended to respect the wishes of Prince Charles and his fiancee, Camilla Parker Bowles, who want a low-key ceremony.

The Queen says she will go to the blessing later, and that the couple is happy with that. But how would you feel if someone as important in your life as the Queen has been in his decided not to go to your wedding? I find this to be shameful of the Queen that she will not attend the wedding.
