Records obtained by the Miami Herald suggest that during the tenure of former Chief Raimundo Atesiano, the command staff pressured some officers into targeting random black people to clear cases.

Get ppl like this off the force please, review or toss cases out, fine or jail such corrupt cops, they have no business on the force and only contribute to the massive distrust in the AA and Latino communities.

They got the evidence then put him on trial and send him to the big house after a conviction.

Cant stand people like that, at least a KKK member is open and honest about their feelings (No I am not endorsing the KKK), this POS hid the true feelings and ruined peoples lives.

Biscayne park go figure most sane people stay out of there its where all the Hispanic gangs hang out. A huge number of Cubans, Haitians, and Columbians. You dont want to be black or white and be in that area if you arent killed you end up in jail. I lived in Miami for 3 years you quickly learn to avoid this area.

But this is institutional, there is no individual directing this, the head Cop is a dark Hispanic himself, one need not to be white to abuse a racist system to get ahead.

I wouldn't honor them With that much straight fwdness today, that type of open KKK was all about being real..today's new generation wear suits ,studies law, or carry a badge, they are also good politicians..like I said in another thread, these guys already infiltrated law enforcement, since 2006 per FBI report.
