That kind of thing goes on all over the place. It is not just one college. Take a look at the salaries of the coaches at some colleges, they are ridiculous. They pay them out of profits of the sports, what is wrong with putting those profits into educating students.

People would be surprised at the number of state schools that have full-time diversity staff too.

Just out of curiosity, what is the makeup of the diversity staff?

I was just going to ask that. Hopefully it mirrors the demographics of Ann Arbor.

There should be a ton a Asian staff then.

Ann Arbor Demographics
At the 2010 census, the racial composition of Ann Arbor was:

White: 73.0% (non-Hispanic: 70.4%)
Black or African American: 7.7%
Native American: 0.3%
Asian: 14.4%
Pacific Islander: 0.0%
Other races: 1.0%
Two or more races: 3.6%
Hispanic or Latino of any race: 4.1%

That really is an army!
That destroys my attempt at explaining the physical size of the program.
Spending tens of millions for "diversity and inclusion" programs that excludes certain people.
I'm getting the last laugh at my friends who thought college was the only way.
