Fine then, I see how it is. After watching that I am impressed with Deming. His past doings in regards to his employees is not so cool but in the interview he brings up some very good points. LMAO no it is a old interview with Deming. It is very interesting if you have the time to watch. At about the ten minute mark it get much better than the beginning.
