Thanks everyone, I love and appreciate the support!

I'm hoping the wait isnt long, currently back in the hospital. Hopefully a short stay.

I am anxious about having someone elses heart in me, but I accept the gift.

The waiting sounds (to me at least) to be the hardest part. I hope your wait will be short.

If it's any consolation, sometimes the family of the donor are happy to know that at least a small part of their recently passed loved one is helping another person that really needs it. My mother died young (41 years of age) but always carried a donor card. I forget which organ it was after all these years (30+ years ago) but I think it was either a liver or a kidney. It felt nice to know that at least a small part of her was still walking around somewhere.
