This just happened and it appears to be huge, ongoing and burning in the city.
Apparently, a large fire ignighted the explosion in the pipeline.
Not yet seeing any other reports in msm.

this happened about 6 hours ago? well, I bet every gas station in America has people out at the pumps right now changing the price of a gallon a gas to 50 cents more per gallon, thieving bastards.
