I thought this was against ATS rules?

Or is it ok to have an account banned and just create a new one and carry on as usual?

I know loads of members that got banned and just opened another account.

As long as you keep your head down and don't repeat the same things that got you banned who cares?

Depending on the offense that gets you banned in the first place, staff usually doesn't have an issue with a new account, provided they abide by the site rules.
