Versitile aircraft?

hi all,
i saw a programme recentley with a russian built aircraft that had a hovercraft style landing platform,it could also tip its wings (with engines) vertical to take off and land like a chopper......it could also land like a conventional aircraft......does anyone have a link to what im talking about'
also what is the lightest,most compact,easily dismantble,storeable aircraft?......i was thinking of the powered chute back pack style flying wings or a microlight.....like an X-air......(if any of you know this aircraft?)....something with an exceptionally short take off and landing requirement would be of most intrest.
