That's right. As an example, here is an executive order that Obama reversed from 1948. This bill is called Smith-Mundt Modernization Act of 2012 now. It was in place to protect American's from their Government using the media, Hollywood, music and music videos, documentaries or any other form of media as propaganda, to curb public opinion on any given topic. Which is exactly what CNN, MSNBC and Washington Post has been doing for awhile now. It doesn't work on everyone, but it clearly works on most. He literally reversed the protection of this bill, so that our Government 'CAN' feed us lies and propaganda for population support to go to war, or whatever they want. The can use virtually any form of media to blow smoke up our @$$e$, and it's now legal, thanks to Obama and the NDAA. It also gives them permission to "create" shows for us, so as to tweak public opinion. Meaning, if they want to stage an act (real or not) like the Nevada Shooting, or Sandy Hook etc....they can do it, and it's legal. So yeah, Obama is no angel and has written some pretty bad executive orders too. You're right...it will not stop.

Even a mentally deranged judge would have ruled the CSR payments illegal, because the U.S. Congress didn't give them the green light. In this country Congress is the only body that can give the government permission to pay millions of dollars of taxpayer money every week, indefinitely, to health insurance companies...or to anyone else.

But I'm sure you know that...being a smart guy/gal, and all.

BACK ON TOPIC - It looks like a SENSIBLE/LOGICAL Obama-appointed Federal Judge is not going to interfere with President Trump adhering to the prior judge's ruling...that the CSR payments are ILLEGAL.

A federal judge in San Francisco suggested Monday there was no need for a court to step in and block President Trump’s order that cut off healthcare subsidies that have been a center of political debate.

California Atty. Gen. Xavier Becerra, joined by Democratic counterparts from 17 other states and the District of Columbia asked the court to put Trump’s order on hold. They argue Trump’s action would spark “chaos and uncertainty,” raise the cost of health insurance and the number of uninsured Americans and saddle states and local governments with higher expenses.

But U.S. District Judge Vince Chhabria, an Obama appointee, expressed considerable skepticism during a hearing Monday. He noted that 40 to 45 states, including California, took steps to prepare for Trump’s action in advance, and as a result, most healthcare consumers will face stable or even lower premiums.

CENTENE Corporation gets most of it's ObamaCare-related revenue by administering MEDICAID for Uncle Sam. Relatively little comes from people buying ObamaCare health plans.

But Centene's shares took a hit today, when it appeared that the CSR payments from the Government will not be restored.

Today, the Federal Judge (from California..wow!) decided that the illegal transfer of money from taxpayers to health insurance companies should NOT be restarted.

By following the law, President Trump was on solid legal ground. When the new Health Insurance Tax starts affecting every working American's pay after January 1st, 2018, calls for REPEAL-REPLACE will begin coming from the majority of the population.

Premium increases for 2018 thanks to Trumps meddling are up from 15% to now 38%, Repeal/Replace is dead in the water as long as they insist on it being privately funded and insurance.
